Experteer Overview In this role you will shape user-centered content and experiences for digital products by pairing content strategy with rigorous user research. You will work with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals and technical realities, influencing information architecture and UX decisions. You'll translate research into actionable recommendations and collaborate across discovery, design, and development activities. This position offers the chance to impact product strategy and service design within a collaborative, people-first culture. You will contribute to meaningful, scalable solutions that improve how users interact with digital services.
