## About the Role

We are seeking for an MS Dynamics 365 Developer, this role requires strong hands-on experience across front-end customization, back-end development, and structured team-based development practices, * Must: TX Candidates with a TX DL

 * Must: Candidates with Previous Working Experience with Texas Education Agency OR other State Education Agency
 * Certification: Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), * Hands-on development with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
 * Building Model-Driven Apps
 * Dataverse (tables, relationships, security model)
 * C# plugin development or server-side extensions
 * JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps
 * Integration using REST APIs
 * Git in a team-based environment, including Feature branching, Pull Requests, Merge/Conflict resolution
 * Working in a multi-developer environment with a shared codebase
 * Developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls
 * Experience with Power BI integration (reporting, embedding, data modelling)
 * Experience with Power Pages development and configuration
 * Experience with Power Platform Dataflows for ETL / data ingestion
 * Experience working in government or public sector environments (TEA preferred)
 * Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)

## Description

* Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse-based solutions.
 * Build server-side components (plugins, integrations, APIs using C#/.NET)
 * Implement client-side customizations (JavaScript, form scripting, PCF controls)
 * Design and build data integrations (REST APIs, ETL, Dataflows)
 * Manage solution lifecycle using Git-based source control and CI/CD processes
 * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
 * Collaborate in a multi-developer team environment with a shared codebase
 * Produce and maintain technical and deployment documentation
