Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Collaborating with Leadership, as well as Business and Data Stakeholders * Creating recurring production and ad hoc reports * Analysis of business results to identify and communicate trends and possible correlated issues * Performing root cause analysis to eliminate defects in reports * Continuous improvement in efficiency and reporting quality * Datamart testing and validation Task Description / Performance Expectations Quality Control: 1.1 Review internally produced reports for accuracy and resolve issues as needed 1.2. Publish reports to stakeholders according to any SLAs or requirements 1.3. Identify and troubleshoot issues with report accuracy and data integrity as needed Scope: 2.1 Collaborate with stakeholders to determine report requirements, including, purpose, scope and related details. Translate requirements into technical specifications, including dimensions/categories, filters, fields, calculations, metrics and layout) and final deliverable product 2.2 Maintain internal processes including, but not limited to, housing key information such as department roster history, vendor KPIs, Dialer metrics etc. Customer Support: 3.1. Assess customer requests, provide ad hoc reports, and develop recurring reports in a timely manner; Coordinate with stakeholders and BA supervisor to determine priorities 3.2.
