This position requires a highly experienced engineer to tackle the most complex and ambiguous technical challenges, setting standards and guiding the team through innovative solutions. The role involves working across the full spectrum of AI engineering, from designing scalable architectures to maintaining production-grade systems. The engineer will collaborate closely with the AI Platform team to shape shared infrastructure, contribute to the company's AI strategy, and influence how AI is integrated into Personio's operations.
