The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and a large managed service provider (MSP) organization supporting enterprise security operations. This position requires a strong understanding of enterprise-scale identity programs, operational governance, compliance frameworks, and the complexities of managing large MSP-supported delivery organizations. Experience within financial services or other regulated industries is strongly preferred due to SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements. The environment currently leverages Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Duo for privileged access management and MFA, and enterprise HR and ERP platforms integrated into identity lifecycle processes.
