* Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
 * 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI, research, interaction design, and prototyping.
 * Strong Figma experience.
 * Experience with design systems.
 * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 * Experience or strong interest in AI-powered design/prototyping tools.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 * Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in legal, financial, professional services, consulting, or other enterprise environments.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end UX design including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
 * Use AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype and explore design concepts.
 * Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Leads.
 * Apply and contribute to scalable design systems and UX standards.
 * Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
 * Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices.
 * Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
 * Stay current with emerging UX, AI, and design technologies.
