This role will be responsible for maintaining the health, security, scalability, and day-to-day administration of a modern SaaS environment supporting a multi-department workforce. This individual will play a key role in systems administration, identity management, automation initiatives, operational support, and end-user enablement. The ideal candidate is highly technical, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. This is a highly collaborative, onsite position that partners closely with leadership, operations, and technology stakeholders to improve system reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency.
