## Description

Experteer Overview As Automation Manager you will lead a multidisciplinary automation team focused on advanced manufacturing systems. You will oversee development, integration, and lifecycle management of high-voltage power systems, electronics controller firmware, and C# control software for new equipment. You'll steer software and controls engineering on RSLogix/Allen-Bradley PLCs and Beckhoff platforms, and drive robotics automation for wafer handling. You will align technical work with business goals, mentor engineers, and uphold safety and quality in semiconductor manufacturing. This is a chance to shape robust automation solutions within a global tech environment.
