(Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested). Experience * 1 year - Technical experience including knowledge and proven understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) required Skills\Certifications * Working knowledge of mainframe processes and workload automation tools, enterprise monitoring tools, trouble ticketing systems, Windows Operating Systems, and Unix operating systems (AIX, Solaris, or HPUX) * Proficient in MicroSoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint) * Proven analytical and problem solving skills and ability to perform non-routine analytical tasks * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Conflict management and resolution skills * Adaptive to high pace and changing environment ## Description In this role, you will help ensure the stability and reliability of critical enterprise systems by monitoring production environments, supporting scheduled and unscheduled batch processing, responding to operational alerts, and performing first-level incident triage and remediation.
