 * Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow into broader ERP and business analyst responsibilities.

## Description

The ERP Business Analyst is an entry-level role designed to provide broad exposure to multiple areas of our business and ERP
system (Oracle Fusion Cloud). This role is intended for recent graduates who want to develop a strong foundation in enterprise
systems, supply chain, finance, and operations. Analysts will rotate through different functional areas, gaining hands-on
experience while supporting business teams in leveraging ERP to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making., * Learn and support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across key business areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

 * Assist with data analysis, report building, and system testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of ERP processes.
 * Document business processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
 * Participate in cross-functional project teams supporting ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
 * Provide first-line support to business users by researching issues, troubleshooting system problems, and escalating when needed.
 * Assist in developing training materials and supporting end-user training sessions.
 * Analyze KPIs and operational data to help identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
 * Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
