 * Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues, optimize performance, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
 * Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills., * Minimum 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, and web services.
 * Minimum 3+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance .NET application architectures, including microservices, RESTful APIs, cloud-based solutions, and application modernization initiatives.
 * Minimum 2+ years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to gather requirements, prepare technical estimates, contribute to proposals, and support application enhancement initiatives.
