## About the Role

Do you have experience in QuickBooks?, We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy in managing financial records., * Proven bookkeeping experience required

 * Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required: familiarity with Auto Quotes software is a plus
 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
 * Spreadsheets and data entry
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 * Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
 * Excellent communication and time-management skills.

## Description

* Enter and manage day-to-day payable and accounts receivable data in QuickBooks Desktop
 * Reconcile credit card statements
 * Assist with payroll processing
 * Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports
 * Manage business correspondence through Microsoft Outlook
 * Maintain current and organized customer and vendor files
 * File and organize financial and business documents
 * Ensure timely and accurate completion of bookkeeping tasks
 * Assist the Controller with additional duties and special projects as needed
