## About the Role

* Experience providing support to IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client, server, storage, or network devices, or mobile devices
 * Knowledge of inventory management
 * Ability to follow appropriate disposal guidance
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree in a System Administration, Network Administration, or CS field

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with the Air Force or DoD
 * Experience with system administration, including Windows 11, Group Policy, Active Directory, vESD IAO Express, Tanium ARAD, EiTAAS, and Purebred
 * Experience using Microsoft 365 applications
 * TS/SCI clearance
 * CompTIA Security+ Certification

## Description

Provide in-depth support and lead problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.
