 * Electromechanical experience a plus.
 * Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.

## Description

* Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, plotters kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software.
 * Collaboration with Level II or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions., * Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
 * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
 * Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
 * Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
 * Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
