* 5+ years of professional experience with building frameworks, systems, or other performance-sensitive software.
 * Experience with native platform languages such as Swift, Objective-C, or C++.
 * Experience with profiling, debugging, and optimizing native code.
 * Experience with shipping and evolving APIs with strong compatibility guarantees.
 * B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience., * Experience implementing native testing or UI frameworks.
 * Experience with agentic development or evaluating agentic tools/workflows.
 * Experience with concurrency, IPC, or multi-process debugging.
 * Experience working in large teams and codebases.
