Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * 3 years of IT Systems Specialist and/or IT Support/Help Desk roles

 * Experience supporting common office hardware and collaboration tools
 * Ability to lift up to 50lbs, must be physically able to walk, squat, bend, twist, lift, crawl under desks, reach, carry items, push and pull carts loaded with equipment
 * Ability to periodically provide after-hours and weekend support.
 * Excellent written and oral communication skills
 * Demonstrated ability to complete tasks independently and under pressure while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
 * Candidates must be team players with excellent communication skills and possess the ability to manage assignments independently.

## Description

Keany has an exciting new opportunity for a technically minded, customer relations-driven Support Specialist to join our IT Services team. This role is ideal for someone who already has solid fundamentals and wants to grow. You will focus on helping to maintain the reliability of day-to-day IT services and provide responsive and professional support to end users., * Provide technical support for end users, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and VoIP phones

 * Assist diagnose and resolve basic network (wired and wireless) connectivity issues
 * Support systems activities such as patching and updating endpoints
 * Track, document, and resolve support requests
 * Work collaboratively with internal and external IT resources
 * Assist in maintaining system documentation
 * Install desktops, portable computers, peripherals, and software products
 * Connect user to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications
 * Provide users with information, guidance, and instruction on use of desktop and portable computer hardware and software

Demonstrate experience managing and administering:

 * Windows networking (mapped network drives, shared folders, printers, etc.)
 * LAN/VPN connectivity
 * Core networking concepts of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs
 * Microsoft 365
 * Hardware diagnostics (workstations/laptops/printers/scanners)
 * Windows 10/11
