## About the Role

* Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
 * Minimum of 10 years experience as an infrastructure architect or solutions architect in large-scale enterprise environments
 * Experience with Oracle Financials/E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, and related financial management capabilities
 * Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials data models, integration capabilities, and financial processes, especially within healthcare or payer sectors
 * Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining complex system architectures and integrations
 * Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
 * Experience with cloud technologies, emerging IT trends, and digital transformation initiatives
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 * On-site work requirement at location 851-Rockville-S1

## Description

* Establish strategic technology direction and create solution architecture for large complex initiatives and projects.
 * Design technical solutions aligned with emerging technology standards, patterns, and best practices.
 * Lead Solution Architecture deliverables across large portfolios, programs, or product lines, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
 * Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision across teams and stakeholders.
 * Develop end-to-end solutions involving Oracle Financials and surrounding enterprise applications, including integration and customization.
 * Analyze Oracle Financials capabilities against business requirements, providing recommendations to optimize standard capabilities and minimize technical debt.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-quality, architecture solutions and technical designs based on approved standards.
 * Identify opportunities for technological advancements, including cloud, big data, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies.
 * Ensure compliance with architecture governance and support implementation of technical enablers.
 * Partner with project managers, product owners, and business leaders to support future business needs through effective architecture runways.
 * Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and participate in cross-functional architecture teams.
