Work Requirements Years of Experience 10 + years of related experience * may vary based on technical training, certification(s), or degree ## Description GDIT is seeking a Software Development Manager to support a large-scale federal case management and workflow platform supporting mission-critical operations and high-volume transaction processing. The Lead Developer will provide technical leadership for application development activities while working closely with Operations, Infrastructure, Security, QA, PMO, and Agile teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable delivery. This role requires balancing modernization efforts, operational support, production stability, and Agile delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This is a remote position. However, strong preference for someone local to the Falls Church area for weekly team meetings.
