Qualifications We Prefer + Experience with Archibus, SAP, PRISM, VRS, or other Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS). + Experience in conducting research into project-related issues and products. + Experience prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment. + Knowledge of workplace occupancy management, facilities operations, and building systems. + Experience and working knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and office facility operations. ## Description RTX has an opening for a **Principal Specialist, Facilities Move Coordinator** (Principal Specialist, Facilities) position The Facilities Move Coordinator is responsible for workplace occupancy management, space planning, and move execution that support evolving business requirements across multiple Southwest locations. This role partners business leaders, Facilities Engineering, Operations, Digital Technology, Logistics, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and external service providers to coordinate workplace solutions that maximize space utilization while minimizing disruption to business operations. Serving as a key liaison between customers and service partners, the Facilities Move Coordinator coordinates multiple concurrent workplace initiatives, maintains the integrity of occupancy and planning data, and supports the successful execution of workplace modernization projects. Success in this role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, organizational skills, IT competency, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
