If you're passionate about helping customers succeed and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you., * 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role within a SaaS environment. * Experience leading technical discovery sessions and managing proof-of-concept (POC) engagements. * Solid understanding of REST APIs and modern SaaS integrations, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. * Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, including checkout extensibility, Adobe Commerce/Magento, BigCommerce) and/or the shipping, carrier rating, and order management space. Strongly preferred." * Strong curiosity and a passion for understanding and solving complex customer challenges. * A consultative approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of following through on commitments. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and cross-functional teams. ## Description As a Solutions Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping prospects and customers realize the full value of ShipperHQ. Partnering closely with our Sales, Implementation, and Product teams, you'll combine technical expertise with eCommerce knowledge to design scalable shipping solutions that support customers today and as they grow.
