Preferred Qualifications * Aviation Maintenance, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience supporting helicopter maintenance operations. * Previous experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station and/or Part 135 operation will be given preference. * Knowledge of FAA audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements. * Familiarity with electronic document management systems. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, regulatory requirements, and technical documentation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Effective collaboration with maintenance, quality assurance, operations, and customer representatives. * Ability to maintain organized records in a fast-paced aviation environment. * Strong data entry and documentation management skills. Physical Requirements * Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. * Ability to occasionally lift and carry records, files, and office materials up to 25 pounds. ## Description The Technical Records Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and compliant aircraft maintenance records in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, customer requirements, and manufacturer maintenance programs.
