Leads the Product & Experience pillar of the Platform Engineering Hub. Owns strategy, roadmap, adoption, governance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise Internal Developer Platform (IDP). Accountable for developer experience outcomes, service catalog governance, golden paths, self-service engineering capabilities, platform analytics, GitOps enablement, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption, and AI-enabled engineering experiences., Platform Product Management (30%), Developer Experience & Self-Service (25%), Platform Ecosystem & Integrations (20%), Leadership & Talent Development (15%), Innovation & AI Enablement (10%).

 * Build and scale Internal Developer Platforms
 * Established developer experience programs
 * Create self-service engineering capabilities
 * Integrate engineering ecosystems
 * Applied product management disciplines to improve adoption, satisfaction, and productivity.
