Preferred qualifications: * 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. * Knowledge of regional network providers and fiber networks. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a data-driven problem-solving approach to solve issues. ## Description * Collaborate with internal business and cross-functional networking technical teams to identify and define tactical initiatives necessary to meet Google's network infrastructure needs for both expansion and cost optimization. * Translate demand forecasts into regional capacity plans over time, taking into account market trends and technology changes to ensure the most optimized and cost effective network solution, translating this to asset/infrastructure requirements. * Present network plans and roadmaps for approval by all internal stakeholders that range from short-term augments to long-term region-wide strategies for Google network. * Manage the execution of approved network plans by co-ordinating with internal contributors such as network negotiators or vendor delivery managers to ensure infrastructure is delivered on-time and within allocated budget.
