This role demands a visionary leader who can drive project success, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact SAP solutions aligned with business goals. Experience with Life Sciences will be an added advantage. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who understands the regulatory, operational, and technological nuances of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments and can deliver SAP solutions that drive compliance, innovation, and business value., * Strong skills in project planning, execution, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder communication * Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT leadership, and external vendors. Ability to mobilize, motivate, and lead diverse teams through influence and collaboration. Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting with clear KPIs and dashboards * Capacity to drive strategy through projects and ensure alignment with overarching business goals * Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and shifting project priorities * Oversee budget, resource allocation, risk management, and change control processes, * Minimum 7 years of SAP project management experience, with at least 1 end-to-end SAP program * Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and integration with other lab/manufacturing systems * PMP, ITIL, SAP Activate certification preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
