You will create the conditions for your team to deliver meaningful customer impact, grow engineers and technical leaders, and help establish industry-leading foundations for the rapid adoption of agentic engineering-without compromising the safety, governance, or reliability of our systems. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience. + Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages such as Java, Go, C++, C#, Python, or similar. + Experience leading teams that design, build, and operate scalable, highly available distributed systems, platform services, or developer tools. + Solid understanding of cloud-native systems, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or release engineering concepts. + Demonstrated people leadership: you can hire and develop talent, set direction, manage execution, and create an environment where engineers do their best work. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across engineering disciplines, product, and senior stakeholders.
