* 2+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and delivering scalable, high-quality applications
 * 2+ years of professional experience in Python, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, with hands-on experience in observability, monitoring, and maintaining reliable production systems
 * Strong computer science fundamentals, including software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices
 * Experience with DevOps practices and deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Docker, AWS, Webpack, and Artifactory
 * Experience with AI/ML Infrastructure, working with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, or broader AI/ML infrastructure and tooling

 * Containerization & Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker and AWS ECS for building, deploying, and managing containerized applications.
 * Security & Privacy Expertise: Experience implementing secure data handling practices and working with privacy and compliance frameworks.

 * Drive engineering excellence through thoughtful code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvements to code quality, reliability, and development best practices
 * Own outcomes end-to-end, delivering scalable, production-ready solutions that prioritize reliability, performance, and operational excellence while minimizing on-call burden
