This individual will work closely with Finance stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, design data models, and deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate is technically strong in Power BI, SQL, and DAX, and equally comfortable leading requirement-gathering conversations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex business needs into intuitive, secure, and scalable BI solutions. Day-to-Day: * Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements * Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports * Build and maintain SQL queries and data models * Create DAX measures and calculations to support business insights * Use Power Query (M Language) for data transformation * Ensure secure access to sensitive financial data * Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and solution design discussions * Continuously improve performance, usability, and reliability of BI solutions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
