Their efforts enable global Marketplace growth by ensuring cross-functional alignment, managing risks, and delivering scalable technical solutions. With a focus on strong stakeholder engagement, program management excellence, and continuous improvement, the team drives operational excellence and innovation through effective project leadership and technical design, supporting Walmart's commitment to impactful and efficient program delivery.

What you'll do:

 * Define and manage goals, stage gates, and key deliverables for large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies.
 * Secure commitments for program scopes, delivery dates, and resources while managing cross-functional dependencies.
 * Translate product requirements into technical designs and ensure robust system architecture for scalability and performance.
 * Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain program progress.
