Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. ## Description MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director, Defense and Space Practice Growth Partner (PGP) focusing on Digital technologies to join our team in Herndon, VA. The PGP serves as the primary Digital Practice representative within MANTECH's Defense and Space Sector, infusing Practice capabilities, standards, and growth priorities into account strategy, pursuits, and delivery. This role acts as a senior integrator that drives Practice capabilities into the business and connects sector demand to Practice priorities. Our Digital Practice lives at the intersection of technology and purpose. We understand that behind every system is a mission that matters, and we build modern solutions with this in mind. With decades of modernization experience and our team's forward-learning innovative mindset, we help federal agencies operate smarter, faster, and more securely. Our practice focuses on cloud services, digital platform services, enterprise application services, and security & identity services.
