In this role you will get to will serve as the AI Governance Lead supporting the USCYBERCOM Chief AI Officer (CAIO). This role is responsible for architecting and operationalizing the institutional structures needed to manage artificial intelligence initiatives across the command. The Governance Lead will map out, implement, and oversee processes, review boards, and operational frameworks to ensure that USCYBERCOM's AI integration aligns with broader U.S. Government and Department of War governance structures.., * Governance Structure Design: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of USCYBERCOM's internal AI governance frameworks, operating procedures, workflows, and oversight mechanisms to ensure effective program execution and accountability. DoW & Federal Integration: Analyze and implement applicable U.S. Government and Department of War (DoW) AI governance models, directives, and best practices, ensuring the command's internal governance processes align with national defense priorities and strategic objectives. Process & Board Management: Establish, coordinate, and manage AI governance review boards, project intake processes, and lifecycle decision points to promote accountability, assess capability maturity, and ensure alignment of resources with mission priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the AI Policy Lead, technical teams, legal counsel, operational directorates, and other key stakeholders to translate governance requirements into effective operational practices across the command.
