## About the Role

* Understanding of traditional NDE.
 * New construction experience highly preferred.
 * Requires high school diploma or equivalent, technical school or college credits preferred.
 * Must be proficient with MS Word and Excel and be able to write detailed inspection reports.
 * Must have the ability to lift and carry 35 pounds.
 * Capable of climbing, working at high elevations and working in confined spaces.
 * Must be able to walk and climb to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment to include the ability to gain access to elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
 * Must have sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively;
 * Must have sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits employee to conduct investigations.
 * Must have sufficient manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to perform routine office duties., Prioritize and complete work assignments by specific deadlines. - Deliver reports to clients. - Work outdoors in a plant atmosphere. - Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels. - Wear required safety equipment. * Perform internal and external inspections on equipment at scheduled intervals to maintain the mechanical integrity of the fixed equipment of the refinery.
 * Perform visual inspection of completed work and recommend and approve repairs.
 * Assist in the scheduling of activities related to inspection.
 * Use of proper safety procedures and equipment.
 * Properly use and complete customer and company job related forms and paperwork.
 * Abide by Company policies and procedures.
 * Complete all required training, including tests, within Company guidelines.
 * Perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice.

This role is ideal for an experienced inspector with a strong background in fixed equipment inspections and integrity management within industrial and petrochemical environments.
