This role is responsible for the design, development, integration, and optimization of mission-critical Salesforce solutions supporting customer relationship management (CRM), knowledge management (KM), public-facing portals, and other enterprise business functions., The successful candidate will serve as both a hands-on technical contributor and Salesforce solution architect, providing leadership throughout the entire software development lifecycle-from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and operational support. This individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
