 * Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading software teams and mentoring junior developers., * DevOps Proficiency: Advanced skill in managing automated CI/CD environments using Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, and Bamboo.

Preferred Skills

 * Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
 * Front End development experience.
 * Superior problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering under tight resource constraints.
