You will have an opportunity to lead a global organization of 200+ members through 6 direct reports impacting a $1 B Revenue business. As part of the divisional leadership team, you will play a critical role in creating strategic vision for the division and advancing Eaton's capabilities in support of our key customers., * Lead the engineering functions across the division ensuring capability alignment to meet business objectives.
