Examples include PowerBi, Power Automate, Excel,Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset Experience with data analysis,data modeling, and data visualization tools, specifically Alteryx,PowerBi and Tableau Proficiency in programminglanguages specifically: SQL and Python Some data engineering skills preferred including PySparkfor Microsoft Fabric and Databricks Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders Strong problem-solving skillsand attention to detail; leveragingAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Co-Pilot. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment Knowledge of CMMS systems is preferred ## Description As a CBRE Data Sr. Analyst, you will performa variety of analyses to ensure that recommendations and business conclusions are backed by sound data findings and thorough dataresearch. This job ispart of the Data Science& Analytics job function. Theyare responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness andpredicting outcomes to develop business intelligence. What You'll Do: Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using various business intelligence and reportingapplications Perform ad-hoc, strategic review ofstructured and unstructured data, reflectingglobal real estate markets and the operations of real estate assets Develop data structuresand pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information to generate insights and addressreporting needs Define complex data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests Use programming and evaluation tools, including open-source programs to plan models and extract insights Identify opportunities to maximize datausage.
