In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be instrumental in analyzing our current segment applications and data flow integrations, while helping to map out and transition to our desired future state. This is an opportunity to be highly collaborative and visible while being exposed to the broad functional components of the GMPD business; you will be empowered to lead stakeholder discussions, champion process improvements, and support the cohesive execution of our strategic roadmap., * A bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, preferred. * A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, system analysis, or project coordination, preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate meetings and present business or technical concepts to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner * Understanding of AI concepts and architecture * Demonstrated experience in deploying AI in daily work routines * Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend logical process improvements. * Demonstrated thought leader, idea generator, and problem solver * Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills * Foundational understanding of system architecture, data flow concepts, and software development lifecycles. * Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom) and a willingness to learn process mapping applications (e.g., Lucidchart). * Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team., Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply. ## Description Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs.
