This role involves working closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements., The Product Owner is responsible for defining stories, prioritizing the team backlog, and ensuring that developed features deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders. This position serves as the primary link between stakeholders and the development team, translating operational needs into implementable features while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity.
