This position will require travel to our locations to coordinate and facilitate training sessions. This is an in-person role that will directly report to the VP of Human Resources., This is a vital position within our Co-op as we continue to emphasize the importance of training and developing team members at all levels. This person will train and mentor team members from our many divisions. Together with the VP of Human Resources, the Talent Development Manager will build upon the current training structure of the company and create and implement framework and strategies to support the Co-op. The person in this role will need to be flexible, as this position will likely continue to evolve based on the needs of our team members and the overall direction of the Co-op. We will look to this role to encourage, motivate and develop the next group of leaders.
