* System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement software (SAP transactions)
 * Attention to Detail: Ability to cross-check quantities, item numbers, and cost centers accurately
 * Experience in PR PO conversions

## Description

* Process Requisitions: Review and convert approved Purchase Requisitions (PR) into official Purchase Orders (PO) using ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle).
 * Policy Compliance: Check that requests follow company spending limits, contract terms, and internal approval hierarchies.
 * Issue Resolution: Fix data mismatches, clear blocked workflows, and expedite delayed orders
 * Focus on Receiving the Productivity savings of Each Purchase order and the amount of Part numbers for each supplier
 * Managed PO creation, first production, LAIR, STO, purchase requisitions, QIR, open order book maintenance, delivery and charge number changes, CIR management, PO line conversions, part number revisions, and shipping/invoicing processes.
