Experience: * Data center operations: 2 years (Required) ## Description The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician is responsible for providing hands-on support within a live data center environment, ensuring the reliability and performance of network and infrastructure systems. This role performs smart hands support, fiber and copper cabling activities, rack and stack deployments, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution while maintaining operational standards and documentation.
