Preferred Qualifications * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Server+ certification. * Experience supporting VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms. * Familiarity with enterprise hardware from Dell, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, or similar manufacturers. * Experience working in Tier II, Tier III, or Tier IV data center environments. * Knowledge of DCIM tools and asset management systems. * Understanding of UPS systems, PDUs, cooling infrastructure, and physical security controls. Physical Requirements * Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in confined spaces for extended periods. * Ability to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms when necessary. * Ability to work in a data center environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. ## Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Center Technician to support the day-to-day operations of our data center in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and decommissioning server, storage, and network infrastructure while ensuring maximum uptime and adherence to operational standards.
