This role focuses on AI-assisted software development, engineering productivity transformation, developer tooling strategy, and autonomous engineering workflows utilizing platforms such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and emerging AI coding agents. The ideal candidate will establish AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, best practices, and adoption strategies while partnering with engineering teams to accelerate software delivery, improve software quality, and enhance developer productivity., Evaluate and benchmark AI software engineering platforms including Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and emerging AI development tools. Define and implement AI-assisted software engineering standards, governance, and best practices. Lead AI pilot initiatives and scale successful engineering productivity solutions across development organizations. Design and promote agentic development workflows and specification-driven development practices. Measure and improve developer productivity, software quality, and SDLC efficiency through data-driven metrics.
