In this role, you will help design, build, and improve technically complex Unity-based simulation products used for training and education. The ideal candidate brings deep Unity and C# experience, a strong understanding of large-scale, physics-based systems, and the ability to work across existing codebases and cross-functional technical initiatives. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you., * 6+ years of professional programming experience in the simulation, game, or interactive software industry, ora relatedfield. * Expert-levelproficiencywith Unity and C#. * Strong experience developing systems and features within Unity across a variety of technical domains. * General understanding of real-time simulation principles, including how physical systems, interactions, and performance constraints affect application behavior. * Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development best practices. * Solid understanding and hands-on experience with profiling and optimization techniques to enhance performance and stability. * Experience working with source/version control systems such as Git. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively on time-sensitive projects with changing technical priorities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
