## Description

The Quality Assurance (QA) associate is responsible for the creation and execution of tests to identify issues during software development. The QA associate collaborates with teams throughout the development process to ensure high standards are met. The QA associate helps meet deadlines and requirements through thorough testing and clear, quick feedback to developers. The QA associate contributes to Tecuity's success as a company by ensuring the product is high quality and industry leading software.

This position is an in-office position at our office in Hyde Park, working a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Essential Job Functions

 * Perform manual and automated testing.
 * Record test progress and results.
 * Comply with standards and procedures to determine project quality and release readiness.
 * Drive innovation and streamline overall testing process.
 * Identify, isolate, and track bugs or errors found during the test phase and document findings for review.
 * Develop and run new tests
 * Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to fix issues.
 * Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
