## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
 * Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering or telecommunications experience within a complex operational environment.
 * Minimum of 2+ years of technology leadership or management experience preferred.
 * Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications required.
 * Travel between Elite Casino Resorts properties will be required.

## Description

The Technology Manager will oversee Engineering & Telecommunications and is a technology leadership role within the Technology department responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, operational reliability, and engineering of enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure across Elite Casino Resorts, LLC properties.  * Oversees the administration, configuration, maintenance, support, monitoring, and operational performance of enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, wireless systems, firewalls, telecommunications platforms, VPN connectivity, switching infrastructure, routing infrastructure, ISP connectivity, and voice systems.
 * Manages and coordinates operational support activities for network engineers, network administrators, telecommunications personnel, vendors, carriers, and support providers.
 * Assists with enterprise network architecture planning, infrastructure modernization, telecommunications upgrades, carrier coordination, firewall administration, wireless deployments, and operational continuity initiatives.
