 * Epic Cupid and Cupid SR Certification/Proficiency required.
 * Structured Reporting implementation experience required.
 * Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

## Description

Seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Senior to support, maintain, and optimize Epic Cupid and Cupid Structured Reporting (SR) applications across a large healthcare system. The role involves application build, workflow analysis, system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and collaboration with clinical and technical teams to improve patient care and operational efficiency., * Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Cupid & Cupid SR applications.

 * Analyze clinical workflows and implement system improvements.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and support upgrades, testing, and new releases.
 * Lead medium to large-scale projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
 * Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to optimize system performance.
 * Provide incident, change, and problem management support following ITIL best practices.
 * Mentor team members and contribute to application standardization and best practices.
