What You'll Do

 * Support Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
 * Troubleshoot servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud services
 * Administer backups and disaster recovery
 * Configure firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
 * Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams
 * Participate in client projects including migrations and upgrades
 * Document systems and procedures
 * Mentor junior technicians
 * Deliver outstanding customer service
