AdvancedMD is seeking a skilled and client-focused Interface Delivery Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the delivery, support, optimization, and ongoing evolution of data interfaces between AdvancedMD and external systems, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure data exchange across a wide range of interoperability technologies. As an Interface Delivery Analyst, you will serve as a trusted technical resource for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, combining strong technical troubleshooting skills with cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. You'll support complex interoperability use cases spanning APIs, FHIR, HL7 (including ADT and SIU), ODBC, and lab integrations, while contributing to the stability and growth of AdvancedMD's integration ecosystem. In addition to hands-on delivery and support, you'll help design and maintain AI-assisted tools that improve case resolution speed and knowledge accessibility.
