## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support and customer service while managing IT infrastructure and resolving hardware and software issues. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, networking, and desktop support to ensure our clients receive top-notch service., * Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

 * Manage computer networking tasks, including VPN setup and firewall configurations.
 * Troubleshoot software issues and perform necessary repairs or upgrades on client systems.
 * Assist with desktop support, ensuring that all computer hardware is functioning properly.
 * Utilize help desk tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and Jira to track and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
 * Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
 * Collaborate with team members to enhance IT infrastructure and improve overall service delivery.
 * Conduct regular maintenance checks on systems to prevent potential issues.
