Access requirement: Where the assignment requires root access, the candidate must be able to obtain the favorable trustworthiness determination based on an SSBI. ## Description Position mission: Perform hands-on system administration and sustainment tasks under the technical direction of senior infrastructure or PAM personnel., * Administer assigned Windows and Linux systems. * Maintain user, service, and system accounts as authorized. * Support Active Directory administration. * Execute approved patching, updates, and configuration changes. * Collect system-performance data and assist with diagnosis of degradation or failures. * Review system logs and escalate complex findings. * Support backup, recovery, and restoration activities. * Maintain configuration records, system inventories, and operating documentation. * Support test-environment configuration, patch validation, and test-data controls. * Assist with Nutanix operations where assigned. * Assist with CyberArk privileged-account onboarding, credential rotation, policy administration, session monitoring, and issue resolution where assigned. * Support commercial internet troubleshooting and test/development network maintenance when assigned. * Verify system operation after approved changes.
